Sr Executive / Assistant Manager – Payroll & Compliance

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary administration.

• Oversee statutory compliance activities and ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and regulations.

• Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR administration activities.

• Manage HRMS data and ensure proper documentation and record accuracy.

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support payroll and HR operational requirements.

• Assist in strengthening HR processes and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in payroll processing and HR operations.

• Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements and labour regulations.

• Experience maintaining HR documentation and employee records.

• Familiarity with HRMS platforms and digital HR systems.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling vendor coordination related to payroll or HR services.

• Exposure to broader HR administration responsibilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
