Core Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

• Assist in hiring activities across IT and non-IT functions, based on business requirements.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and databases.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

• Contribute to day-to-day talent acquisition activities and other HR initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship or professional experience in Recruitment or HR are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and the employee hiring lifecycle.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to IT and non-IT recruitment through internships, projects, or previous experience.

• Understanding of core HR functions and recruitment best practices.

• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, or applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Immediate availability to join.
