Talent Acquisition Executive

Bigfore Consultancy Services Private Limited is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and BPO hiring. This remote opportunity is ideal for recruitment professionals who enjoy sourcing talent, coordinating hiring processes, and delivering quality hires in a target-driven environment.

You'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures and an excellent candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and BPO positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability for open positions.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting recruitment targets.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Hands-on experience hiring for BFSI and BPO roles is mandatory.

• Fluency in both Hindi and English.

• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work independently in a remote environment.

• Target-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
