Talent Acquisition Executive – Domestic Staffing

VCENTRIX SERVICES India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive – Domestic Staffing to join its growing recruitment team in Noida. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who enjoy connecting with candidates, sourcing quality talent, and managing hiring in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You'll play a key role in identifying and hiring the right candidates while supporting the organization's domestic staffing requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end domestic recruitment and staffing activities.

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure timely closures.

• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring records.

• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Domestic Recruitment or Staffing.

• Strong candidate sourcing and resume screening skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
