Talent Acquisition Executive Intern

Davine Technologies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive Intern to join its HR team. This remote internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, and aspiring HR professionals who want to gain practical experience in recruitment and Human Resources while working in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

You'll support the recruitment team throughout the hiring process and develop valuable Talent Acquisition skills through real-world exposure.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Update recruitment trackers and maintain candidate databases.

• Assist with onboarding activities and HR documentation.

• Collaborate with the HR team to achieve hiring goals and support recruitment initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Undergraduate students, graduates, or freshers interested in building a career in Human Resources.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.

• Good organizational and coordination abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online recruitment platforms is an advantage.
