Talent Acquisition Executive

Q-Line Biotech Limited is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who combines strong recruitment expertise with a data-driven mindset. This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy managing end-to-end hiring while leveraging analytics, automation, and AI to improve recruitment efficiency and decision-making.

You'll be responsible for hiring across both IT and Non-IT functions while maintaining recruitment dashboards, analyzing hiring metrics, and streamlining recruitment processes through technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure timely hiring closures.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and analytics dashboards.

• Track key recruitment metrics and generate actionable insights to improve hiring performance.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to analyze recruitment data.

• Explore automation and AI-driven approaches to enhance recruitment workflows and productivity.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality hires.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

• Hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.

• Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and Dashboards.

• Experience preparing recruitment MIS reports and analyzing hiring metrics.

• Exposure to recruitment automation tools and AI-based solutions will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

• A data-driven approach with a passion for continuous process improvement.
