Talent Acquisition Executive

Solid Future is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join its growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for HR professionals with hands-on recruitment experience who are passionate about identifying top talent and managing the hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard the right candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate databases.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

• Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring records.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying and hiring top talent.
