Talent Acquisition Executive

Team Computers is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join its Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who are passionate about corporate hiring, campus recruitment, and building strong talent pipelines while partnering with business leaders to attract top talent.

You'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Corporate (Non-IT) positions and contribute to the organization's hiring strategy through proactive sourcing and campus engagement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate (Non-IT) roles.

• Drive campus hiring initiatives and build long-term talent pipelines.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability for open positions.

• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Experience in Corporate (Non-IT) hiring.

• Exposure to campus hiring and talent pipeline development.

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple hiring requirements.

• A proactive mindset and passion for identifying and hiring top talent.
