Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Intern

Infopro Learning is looking for enthusiastic interns to join its Talent Acquisition & HR Operations team. This paid internship is ideal for students, recent graduates, and aspiring HR professionals who want to gain practical experience across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and core HR operations in a corporate environment.

You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals while developing the skills needed to build a successful career in Human Resources.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment activities.

• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Assist with employee onboarding and employee lifecycle management.

• Support HR operations, documentation, and process execution.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR workflows.

• Maintain recruitment and employee records while supporting day-to-day HR activities.
