HCLTech is offering a Talent Acquisition Internship for students looking to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR. This internship provides an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Talent Acquisition while working alongside experienced HR professionals in a corporate environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Assist with recruitment documentation and reporting.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Support the HR team with administrative and recruitment-related activities.

What We're Looking For

• Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) students currently pursuing their studies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources concepts and recruitment processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
