Talent Acquisition Intern

HCLTech is offering a Talent Acquisition Internship for undergraduate and postgraduate students seeking practical experience in corporate recruitment. This internship provides hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition processes while working alongside experienced HR professionals in a structured corporate environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities.

• Source and screen candidates for open positions.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

• Assist with recruitment documentation and candidate tracking.

• Maintain recruitment records and hiring data.

• Support day-to-day recruitment operations and administrative activities.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• Undergraduate or postgraduate students currently pursuing their degree.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Basic understanding of HR concepts.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work from the Nagpur office throughout the internship.

• Candidates based in Nagpur will be preferred.
