Talent Acquisition Manager / Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

CPM India is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and is hiring for multiple recruitment roles across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. If you have experience in high-volume hiring, stakeholder management, and recruiting across FMCG or Non-FMCG industries, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale hiring initiatives while working with business leaders to attract top talent.

You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring timely hiring for both volume and niche positions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple business functions.

• Drive bulk and volume hiring initiatives for FMCG and Non-FMCG roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, professional networking platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Handle hiring for niche and business-critical positions.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely closures.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Track recruitment metrics, prepare MIS reports, and maintain recruitment dashboards.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient and positive candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within the Non-IT domain.

• Strong experience in bulk and high-volume hiring across FMCG and Non-FMCG sectors.

• Proven expertise in hiring for niche and critical business roles.

• Hands-on experience with job portals, professional networking platforms, and other sourcing channels.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience managing recruitment reporting, MIS, and hiring metrics.

• Team handling experience will be an advantage, particularly for managerial roles.
