About the Role

Ace Blend is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment and help build high-performing teams. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who enjoy partnering with hiring managers, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and managing hiring in a fast-paced business environment.

You'll play a key role in attracting top talent while ensuring efficient and timely recruitment across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience at every stage.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor hiring progress to ensure timely closures.

• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth through effective hiring.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Experience hiring within the D2C, FMCG, or Non-IT sectors.

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
