Core Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer coordination.

• Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate role fit.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates on hiring progress.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in engaging with people.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
