What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer coordination.

• Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports with accuracy and timeliness.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships effectively.

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
