DAMAC Group is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in India and is looking for experienced recruitment professionals to join its Noida office. This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who have a strong background in executive hiring, stakeholder management, and identifying high-quality talent while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational growth.

You'll play a key role in attracting top talent, managing strategic hiring initiatives, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive and professional-level positions.

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-calibre candidates.

• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer and onboarding.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Foster positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an excellent recruitment experience.

• Track hiring progress and contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes.
