Talent Acquisition Specialist – Embedded Automotive Domain

KPIT is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring initiatives within the Embedded Automotive domain. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with niche technology talent and contribute to building high-performing teams in a rapidly evolving industry.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Embedded Automotive, Semiconductor, and related technical roles.

• Source, screen, and engage candidates with relevant domain expertise.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and talent needs.

• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized automotive and embedded engineering positions.

• Provide timely updates and ensure efficient closure of open positions within defined timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment.

• Demonstrated experience hiring for Embedded Systems, Automotive, and/or Semiconductor roles.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

• Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience recruiting for the automotive engineering industry.

• Familiarity with niche technical skill sets within embedded technologies.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven hiring environment.

• Experience managing multiple technical requisitions simultaneously.

• This is a contract-based opportunity located in Bangalore.
