About the Role

Global Technical Talent (GTT) is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support internal hiring initiatives and drive end-to-end recruitment across the organization. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who excel at building talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll play a key role in identifying top talent while contributing to the growth of a dynamic, global organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

• Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve timely hiring closures.

• Maintain recruitment data and support continuous improvement of hiring processes.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and full-cycle hiring.

• Strong sourcing, candidate screening, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and relationship management skills with a candidate-first approach.
