Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a variety of roles across industries.

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.

• Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.

• Genuine interest in talent acquisition and helping candidates achieve their career goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and recruiting for different types of roles.
