Mswipe is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive strategic hiring across critical business functions. What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to offer closure and onboarding support.

• Lead hiring initiatives for Technology (IT) and Sales functions across the organization.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks.

• Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with both role requirements and organizational culture.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Track recruitment progress, provide regular hiring updates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the process.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Demonstrated experience in FinTech hiring.

• Proven expertise in recruiting for Technology (IT) and Sales roles.

• Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement and candidate management.

• Excellent sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networking platforms.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while maintaining quality and speed.

• Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced business environments.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders.

• Data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to identify trends and improve hiring outcomes.
