Talent Acquisition Specialist – OPT Recruiter (US IT Recruitment)

About the Role

Astika Software Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (OPT Recruiter) to join its growing US IT Recruitment team. This role is ideal for recruiters with experience in sourcing and hiring OPT candidates for the US market while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You'll play a key role in identifying qualified IT talent, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and supporting hiring requirements for US-based clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for OPT candidates in the US IT domain.

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

• Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, preferably as an OPT Recruiter.

• Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and OPT hiring.

• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).

• Local candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred.
