What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer coordination.

• Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate role fit.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is mandatory.

• Freshers are not eligible for this role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

• A proactive approach with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
