Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Are you passionate about recruitment and energized by the challenge of hiring at scale? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in sales hiring and bulk recruitment to help us build high-performing teams. In this role, you'll take ownership of the hiring process, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure candidates have a positive experience from first contact through onboarding.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales positions.

• Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and role fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business teams.

• Drive bulk hiring initiatives while maintaining recruitment quality and efficiency.

• Achieve monthly hiring targets and support a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of core experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Demonstrated success in sales hiring and large-scale recruitment drives.

• Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for field sales or customer-facing roles.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and hiring metrics.

• Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
