What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for client requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.

• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring records and reports.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Prior exposure to client hiring or agency recruitment is preferred.

• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and screening processes.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
