Talent Acquisition Support Specialist

About the Role

Artech L.L.C. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Support Specialist to join its recruitment operations team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy coordinating hiring activities, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from interview scheduling through onboarding.

You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support high-quality hiring operations while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling and onboarding activities.

• Support experienced, lateral, internal, and campus hiring initiatives.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely candidate progression throughout the hiring process.

• Manage interview scheduling, calendar coordination, and candidate communication using Outlook and other web-based tools.

• Ensure Day 1 onboarding readiness for new hires.

• Perform quality checks on recruitment activities and ensure compliance with hiring processes.

• Validate candidate eligibility before referral approvals.

• Identify opportunities to improve Talent Acquisition processes and operational efficiency.

• Deliver a positive experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate degree (Arts background preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Coordination, Talent Acquisition Support, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations.

• Experience with interview scheduling, calendar management, and stakeholder coordination.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and web-based recruitment tools.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.

• Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Process improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Work From Office (5 Days a Week).

• Fixed shift: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST.
