Talent Creator – HR & Recruitment

At Tramo Technolab Private Limited, we’re looking for a people-focused Talent Creator who enjoys finding the right talent, supporting employees, and helping build a positive workplace.

If you have experience in recruitment and HR operations and enjoy working with people, this could be a great opportunity to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and closures.

• Support employee onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

• Assist with performance reviews and appraisal processes.

• Work on initiatives that encourage a positive and engaging work culture.

• Support employees with their HR-related queries and requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• A proactive, organized, and people-oriented approach.

• Graduate degree; HR specialization preferred.

• Someone who can take ownership of tasks and work well with different teams.
