Team Lead – Talent Acquisition

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across assigned business functions.

• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce requirements.

• Guide, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and deliver a positive candidate experience.

• Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide recruitment insights.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of hiring.

• Drive best practices in sourcing, candidate engagement, and selection processes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, with prior exposure to leading recruitment teams.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and recruitment strategies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for high-volume or niche roles within a fast-growing organization.

• Exposure to recruitment analytics and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Prior experience collaborating with senior leadership on workforce planning initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
