Overview / Role Summary
Are you a visionary leader in the world of HR technology? We are seeking a senior, product-oriented leader to drive and innovate our Compensation & Benefits product ecosystem within Workday. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your deep functional expertise and technical acumen to shape a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with our business strategy. You ll be at the forefront of modernizing the Benefits experience across outsourced vendor ecosystems and integrated platforms while integrating AI solutions for a seamless process.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the Compensation & Benefits product vision and multi-year roadmap, translating business strategy into clear product outcomes, features, and priorities.
• Domain Expertise & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to Total Rewards leaders, providing insightful expertise in compensation cycles, benefits design & administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Collaborate with solution engineers and architects to create scalable Workday configurations and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to release.
• Innovation & AI Enablement: Identify opportunities for AI-driven insights in compensation and personalized benefits that enhance decision-making.
• Execution & Governance: Own the product backlog and prioritization, ensuring alignment with platform standards and driving adoption while measuring key outcomes.

Required Experience & Skills

• Must have 5+ years of experience in HR Technology/Workday, with deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits.
• Required strong understanding of Workday modules, particularly Advanced Compensation and Benefits Administration.
• Mandatory experience working in product-based operating models.
• Necessary ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• Required strong stakeholder management skills, particularly at executive levels.

Must Haves

• Experience with Workday Compensation & Benefits.

Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and decision support tools.
• Experience with design thinking methodologies.
